I met with Melina to get a comp on my house which she provided with a very professional notebook.I felt confident that my home would sell quickly so asked Melina if she would consider billing an hourly rate as opposed to a traditional listing fee. She was very amenable to working with me and in the end my home sold for about what she estimated. She was very professional and keep me up to date on my home as I had moved to another city.I would recommend her without any hesitation.
