Writing profile statements is always weird. You are supposed to somehow self yourself on these things, but I’m not really a salesy kinda gal. So, I’ll just tell you how I work and you can decide if you want to give me a call and chat or shoot me an email.
How to know if I’m the right agent for you?
You are looking for an agent that is teaching oriented. I like my buyers and sellers to be fully informed, and for buyers and sellers, I teach you what you need to know to make good financial decisions FOR YOU. Sometimes that means not buying or selling right now.
You are looking for an agent that isn’t like a reincarnated used salesman type. I’m not that agent that pressures you to sign a listing agreement before leaving your home. You deserve better than slick scripts and pressure tactics.
You like honesty. I am honest and direct, but not everyone likes that. If you need someone to tell you that your gold 1970’s shag carpet won’t impact the ability to sell your home for top dollar, you probably won’t like what I have to say. I don’t lie to consumers to get listings. All that does it make you angry and cause you to think all agents are slimebuckets.
I have a Master of Science in Counseling and worked as a child and family therapist before becoming a real estate agent. I have two kiddos, have been married for a seriously long time, and have one pooch. I like restoring old homes, photography, genealogy, and traveling when I can. My office is on the National Register of Historic Places and am mid-way through the restoration process for it.
So shoot me an email or give me a call to chat about selling your home.
